- Add a short regulation to 4.8
DISCUSSION
- Changing Grade for same club, different competition rule was written prior to the establishment of Community Cricket Championship (CCC).
- Many QSDCA clubs now have teams in both CCC and lower QSDCA Grades.
- A new regulation is required to make clear that player movements from CCC to lower QSDCA Grades will be administered by Regulation 4.
